We offer free samples (sample fees are refundable for regular orders), but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, our team will make every effort to assist in locating it. Please note that we cannot assume liability for items lost or stolen during transit, nor for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.


To initiate the recovery process, you will need to file a claim directly with the designated carrier. Our customer service team is available to provide necessary documentation and guidance throughout this procedure. It is critical that you verify all shipping and contact details prior to finalizing your order to minimize the risk of delivery discrepancies.

All packages imported into your country are potentially subject to customs duties, taxes, or other regulatory fees as mandated by local customs regulations. You are liable for all applicable charges—including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees—levied by the customs authority of your country of destination.
