By placing an order and making a payment to YIWIGS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the following terms and conditions, as well as our Refund and Return Policy.
If there is any ambiguity, you must consult our sales advisors and request clarification before payment. Once the transaction is completed, YIWIGS will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from a misunderstanding of these policies.
• These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") apply to all products, services, and information provided by YIWIGS.
• This Agreement constitutes the complete and sole agreement between the buyer and the seller.
• This Agreement supersedes any and all prior representations, promises, or communications (oral or written).
Placing an order is deemed as the buyer's confirmation of having read and accepted this Agreement.
• The buyer must pay 100% of the total order amount in a single installment after the product consultation is completed.
• The total amount includes taxes and agreed shipping costs.
• All transactions are non-refundable unless they meet the specific circumstances clearly defined in the Refund Policy.
• The buyer bears full responsibility for their purchasing decisions.
• The buyer guarantees that the payment information provided is true, complete, and valid.
• The buyer commits not to cancel, dispute, or initiate unauthorized chargebacks during the term of this Agreement.
• Any violation of these terms to obtain a refund or initiate a chargeback will be considered a serious breach of contract and will be dealt with immediately.
• Within 24 hours of payment: The buyer may modify or cancel the order and receive a 100% refund.
• After 24 hours of payment: The order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
• Processing Time: 6 – 30 business days (depending on order quantity and specifications).
• Estimated Delivery: 3 – 10 days during normal seasons; may be extended during peak seasons or holidays, but will not exceed 60 days.
• Tracking Number: Sent via email within 4 – 7 days after the package is picked up by the carrier.
• Customs Declaration: To simplify customs clearance and reduce taxes, all packages will be declared as "Synthetic fiber / Synthetic hair," even if the products are 100% human hair. By paying, the buyer agrees to this declaration method and shall not file complaints based on this.
• Taxes: All shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
• The confirmation email contains a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days after shipment for the logistics system to update scanning information.
• The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. YIWIGS is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer or unauthorized modifications made by contacting the logistics company directly.
• The investigation period is 3 to 30 days; no refunds will be issued during this period.
• No refund will be issued if the carrier provides proof of delivery/signature.
• Refunds will only be considered if the buyer purchased insurance and the carrier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) issues an official email confirming the loss was due to their error and agrees to compensation.
• Unboxing Video Required: A continuous video recording must be provided, starting from the intact, unopened package to the full inspection of all items.
• Photos are Invalid: Static photos will not be accepted as evidence. Without a complete unboxing video, YIWIGS will not provide any after-sales support.
• Non-returnable nature: In principle, human hair products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Color Tolerance: Since it is natural human hair, a color accuracy within the range of 80%–100% is considered qualified; returns are not accepted.
• Natural Characteristics: Subtle differences in texture, curl pattern, and softness are normal characteristics of natural hair and are not considered defects.
• Non-acceptable Reasons: Change of mind, personal preference changes, or subjective satisfaction issues.
• Severe Tangling (Not Shedding): The hair is severely tangled upon receipt, cannot be combed, and is unusable (confirmed as a production technical defect).
• Serious Defects Equivalent to the Above: Must be confirmed in writing by YIWIGS.
• Note: Other issues only support repair or remake; refunds are not supported.
• Notification within 1–3 days of receiving the product.
• Provision of the mandatory complete unboxing video, inspection video, and photos.
• Product must be unused: Not trimmed, dyed, bleached, permed, or subjected to any chemical treatment.
• The product must be returned before a refund can be evaluated.
• The buyer bears all shipping costs, PayPal transaction fees, and customs duties related to the return.
• For custom orders, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Any order not claimed within 3 months from the date YIWIGS notifies the buyer that it is "ready for pickup/delivery" will be deemed abandoned. The product will become the property of YIWIGS, and no refund will be issued.
